Chip Bubela is the principal/broker of Bubela & Associates Real Estate Services and prides himself on showering his customers and clients with attention. Chip knows that most people buying or selling real estate do so while experiencing major life transitions such as relocating for work, coping with change in finances, or accommodating a growing family. This is why he believes in strong relationships with attention and focus. He is constantly striving on becoming the realtor that everyone wants to deal with by building a business based on service and relationships. No slick catch phrases here. Chip first learned about service growing up in the Plumbing and HVAC business that his grandfather founded in Schulenburg, TX. Their saying was and still today is, “If you ever sell anything to a customer, you are married to that customer for life”. Chip takes this same approach and applies it to his team’s real estate business. We are here for our clients before, during, and after the transaction.
